Also fitted with speaker for floppy disk sounds/clicks.

Includes data ribbon and power lead for plug and play connection to Acorn BBC micro computers such as the model B / Master etc. Please check your BBC micro has the correct underside ports before purchase (see photos).

Great for adding a USB Gotek solution to your BBC computer as a first (or second) drive so you can backup your floppies or boot from USB disk images.

Includes:

Cables and connectors to plug straight in
Metal disk drive enclosure
OLED lcd display
Rotary encoder knob (for easy floppy disk image selection)
Piezo buzzer speaker to make floppy disk noises

Pre-flashed with FlashFloppy and ready to use. All you need to add is a USB stick with your disk images on. The USB flash stick pictured is not included and is shown for illustration purposes only.

This metal disk drive and enclosure is brand new and beige/cream coloured.

This has been tested on an Acorn BBC micro 32k machine which you can see in the photos. Just connect the drive power cable into the underside "Auxiliary" power connector, and the floppy data ribbon cable into the "Disc Drive" port on your BBC.
